Shipping

Please note that all pieces may take up to two weeks to ship. The fulfillment times are longer as the product is made to order. The tracking number will be sent to you via the email you provide at time of purchase.

Shipping Rates

USPS Shipping Rates are $9- Please allow for 3-5 days for delivery

Delivery

If your product has shipped please refer to the tracking number provided to you. If the package says delivered, please do the following before reaching out to us.

1-Reach out to the shipping carrier USPS as that is the only one we use.

2-Contact the post office directly is there is any delivery issues

3-Check with your building concierge or neighbors to see if the package was given to them.

Fashion Decipher is NOT responsible for any package that have be flagged as delivered.
